Rae Lynn Schneider – President, CEO

Ms. Schneider has 10 years of experience as a NEPA project and program manager at all levels, as well as, natural resources planning, recreation demand planning, and economic projects. Ms. Schneider has managed NEPA projects for the General Services Administration (GSA), the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, local municipalities, quasi- government agencies, and private developments.

Her experience has ranged from techni cal lead for socioeconomics and biology to managing supplemental EIS and quick- turnaround EAs. Ms. Schneider has experience with public involvement and survey technique.

Rudi Reinecke – Vice President

Mr. Reinecke has more than 10 years of experience in environmental projects and surveys. He has extensive experience in the natural resources field through projects at Texas Agriculture Experiment Station, United States Forest Service, and the Texas Department of Transportation.

His experience includes plant ecology, specifically plant taxonomy, vegetation sampling, vegetation community characterization, wetland delineation, and wetland mitigation. He has participated in more than 75 wetland-related projects.
